With Cashew Butter and Sprinkles
We came up with this amazing no bake, child friendly dish whilst trying to create magic in the kitchen! We wanted something that was colourful, which shines, has sparkles but yet was healthy and simple to make. And Abracadabra, we present to you, No Bake Unicorn Energy Globes.
Put your cashew butter, peanut butter, oats, sunflower seeds and raisins in a big bowl. Mix with your little fingers or a spatula until everything is combined.
Divide your mixture into 4 equal parts and put it in 4 separate bowls
Add in one food color into each bowl.
Using your little hands, mix until all the dough is coloured.
Coat a tray/plate/clean surface with multi-colored sprinkles. Take a little bit of each color. Mush them together and roll into a bite-sized ball.
Roll the ball in the sprinkles, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the dough has been used. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy 🙂
