These popcorn bars are the perfect mid-day treat! They are sweet, salty, and with a delicious crunch in eat bite. The drizzled chocolate along with the marshmallows and m&m pieces make each bite absolutely delicious. No adults required!
Wash your hands and keep everything ready including a baking pan lined with butter paper.
Be carful and Microwave the Popcorn for 2 minutes until they are hot and crunchy. Wearing mittens put the popcorn in a big bowl.
Put the Marshmallows in a big microwave safe bowl, or split it in half for a smaller bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon of water and mix with Marshmallows. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave to melt the marshmallows.
Being very careful, wearing a pair of mitts, pour the melted and gooey Marshmallows into the popcorn and mix them with a spatula or spoon!
Pour the marshamllow + popcorn mix into the baking pan and using a spatula or spoon flatten it out to make it even. Spatter the M&Ms & sprinkles over the popcorn. In the same bowl as the popcorn carefully melt the chocolate mix in the microwave for 1 minute.
Wearing mitts take the chocolate out of the microwave, stir it to make sure no hard pieces are left. Using a fork drizzle the chocolate all over the popcorn. Being very careful, cut the popcorn into 12 bars with a knife lined with cooking spray. Put in the fridge for 1 hour. ENJOY 😀
