How to make Baileys Eggnog?

1

Soak the cashews for at least 1 hour. Mix coconut milk, soaked cashews, maple syrup, 1/4 cup water, nutmeg, cinnamon and baileys in a blender and blend. Chill for 1 hour.

2

Mix together Tapioca and 1/4 cup water and mix with your hands till you create a dough like texture.

3

Divide the dough into 3/4 for red (Santa’s hat) and 1/4 for white (Santa’s face). Add the red food coloring to the 3/4 dough.

4

Mix the red dough till the color is uniformly spread.

5

Shape the red dough into small cone shapes and white dough into small spheres. Use wet hands to combine both the doughs and make Santa faces. Boil water in a medium size pot and drop all the finished faces into boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes.

6

Let the Santa faces cool for 10-15 Minutes. Drop them into the chilled Baileys eggnog and enjoy 🙂
